This is going to be an excerpt from my last publication called, TRUMP, BRICS, & RED OCTOBER. This focuses just on the vaxx & Red October part. It’s brilliant.
DEVOLUTION POWER HOUR #133, FROM MARCH 29, 2023

You're like spot on. I mean, their dollar is like $.75 on the dollar to ours, & the purchasing power, the value of our dollar is like, going through the floor, right, & so it theirs, & all the other countries that are dependent on our dollar.
Anyway, we've talked about that enough.
This is going to be the final story for tonight. We're gonna read this whole article, this came out, Kyle shared with me, I had not seen it yet, as I was reading through it, I was like, 'hoooooly shit…this is huge'.
How they convinced Trump to lock down, it's by Jeffrey Tucker, & I believe he is the founder of The Brownstone Institute.
So, we're gonna read through this, & as we're reading through it, we'll pause & comment on it. There's some very interesting tidbits outta this. Um, okay…
HOW THEY CONVINCED TRUMP TO LOCK DOWN
An enduring mystery for three years is how Donald Trump came to be the president who shut down American society for what turned out to be a manageable respiratory virus, setting off an unspeakable crisis with waves of destructive fallout that continue to this day.
Let’s review the timeline and offer some well-founded speculations about what happened.
On March 9, 2020, Trump was still of the opinion that the virus could be handled by normal means.
This is a Tweet from March 9th.
Two days later, he changed his tune. He was ready to use the full power of the federal government in a war on the virus.
That's a Tweet. And, there were actually a series of Tweets. That was just kinda the final one, that he concluded it with. And, that was March 11th, 2020. If you actually go back & look at like the timeline of these Tweets, it was even up until that morning, of the 11th, he was still like kinda Tweeting, Oh, like things are normal, & then, it was like 10:30 or something, he goes cold on Twitter, & he comes back with this Twitter thread, culminating with this Tweet, okay, so, something changed.
What changed? Deborah Birx reports in her book that Trump had a friend die in a New York hospital and this is what shifted his opinion. Jared Kushner reports that he simply listened to reason. Mike Pence says he was persuaded that his staff would respect him more. No question (and based on all existing reports) that he found himself surrounded by “trusted advisors” amounting to that about 5 or so people (including Mike Pence and Pfizer board member Scott Gottlieb.)
Okay, so these are multiple different people that are kind of all close to Trump, & in his inner circle, you could say, giving different accountings as to why he changed his tune on Covid, in March, there, so, just keep that in mind.
It was only a week later when Trump issued the edict to close all “indoor and outdoor venues where people congregate,” initiating the biggest regime change in US history that flew in the face of all rights and liberties Americans had previously taken for granted. It was the ultimate in political triangulation: as John F. Kennedy cut taxes, Nixon opened China, and Clinton reformed welfare, Trump shut down the economy he promised to revive. This action confounded critics on all sides.
A month later, Trump said his decision to have “turned off” the economy saved millions of lives, later even claiming to have saved billions. He has yet to admit error.
And, there's a Tweet here, I won't read that. I want to get to a certain point, then we can comment on it.
Even as late as June 23rd of that year, Trump was demanding credit for having followed all of Fauci’s recommendations. Why do they love him and hate me, he wanted to know.
Actually, this is a good place to comment, first. He's demanding credit for having followed all of Fauci's recommendations, & people, the news, the main stream media, they highlighted that, like 'why is Trump trying to take credit for this. He had nothing to do with this, this was all Fauci.' That's the point. I think that's the point of Trump trying to demand credit so the media & everyone would come out & go, yeah, this wasn't Trump, this was Fauci. Okay? Because, this is Fauci. And, Fauci became the face of this pandemic. So, just keep that in mind.
Something about this story has never really added up. How could one person have been so persuaded by a handful of others such as Fauci, Birx, Pence, and Kushner and his friends? He surely had other sources of information – some other scenario or intelligence – that fed into his disastrous decision.
In one version of events, his advisors simply pointed to the supposed success of Xi Jinping in enacting lockdowns in Wuhan, which the World Health Organization claimed had stopped infections and brought the virus under control. Perhaps his advisors flattered Trump with the observation that he is at least as great as the president of China so he should be bold and enact the same policies here.
One problem with this scenario is timing. The Oval Office meetings that preceded his March 16, 2020, edict took place the weekend of the 14th and 15th, Friday and Saturday. It was already clear by the 11th that Trump was ready for lockdowns. This was the same day as Fauci’s deliberately misleading testimony to the House Oversight Committee in which he rattled the room with predictions of Hollywood-style carnage.
That's kinda the carnage we saw in China. That's the videos China was putting out. Fauci was testifying to that.
On the 12th, Trump shut all travel from Europe, the UK, and Australia, causing huge human pile-ups at international airports. On the 13th, the Department of Health and Human Services issued a classified document that transferred control of pandemic policy from the CDC to the National Security Council and eventually the Department of Homeland Security. By the time that Trump met with Fauci and Birx in that legendary weekend, the country was already under quasi-martial law.
Okay, um…any thoughts on where we are so far? I wanna mention a couple things.
JUST HUMAN: 1.53.52
Yeah, I wanna say that, this is a, um, Jeffrey tucker's awesome, but he & the people that are contributing to this article, they're not Trump fans, but they're picking up on something happening in March 2020, & they're describing it from their perspective, of like, 'hey, there's something really weird going on here, that there was this shift, what is this shift that happened', & they're trying to problem solve it, & if you just don't react to what this article is saying, just don't react to it. Try to understand what they're getting at, & that their approach, they're approaching it a little bit differently than what our audience would typically approach this. Um…
JON: 1.54.39
So, one thing of note, just on this paragraph, here, is the National Security Council, it was their Principle's Committee, that basically requested the push for the formation of Executive Order #13961. You guys remember that? That's, um, that was from my *Part 13. (*of The Complete Devolution Series)
And, so it's interesting that pandemic policy was transferred from the CDC to the National Security Council, I haven't actually read that classified document, yet. Um…
But, I want to get into something interesting in the timeline, but I want to get further down the article, for when it gets brought up, because it's very interesting.
Um, any thoughts on this, Burning Bright?
BURNING BRIGHT: 1.55.13
Well, to me, one thing that stands out, & I don't know how to map it, necessarily, but, I've always found the videos coming out of China to be hilarious, because, they're very obviously bullshit. Which, just, & I know I've said that a bunch of times tonight, but, the ah…it just makes me wonder -- the intent of those, at the time when those were coming out, I was sorta mapping that as, this is fear mongering, which I still think, but, now I have a little bit of doubt in my head as to why…like who was forwarding that -- ah…it's a bit of a take people are not comfortable with, necessarily, but I have sometimes remarked on some of these lock downs as being -- or some of these initial policies of closing countries down as kind of forwarding objectives that have led us down this path to a multi polar world order. So, was that kind of part of accelerating their plans, basically, fear mongering based on things that were not actually damaging.
JON: 1.56.24
This is a layered situation, right, so we have this virus, this likely manufactured bio weapon that came out of China, Wuhan. But, who actually manufactured it, right?
Was it the deep state? Possibly. Probably.
Ok, so, they did this to China, too, then, right, so, if you're Trump, potentially, okay, again, Trump/Putin I can see, I don't see as much evidence of Trump working with Xi, as well, but, it's definitely possible, okay, I'm not writing it off. Let's say that's real. You're going to lean into this.
How do you dismantle this global elite deep state? You do it with exactly what we've seen play out this entire two years with Trump gone. You have this thing set up way in advance, so, you lean into it, you get China to put out those videos, you get the main stream media, & the left & everybody to completely buy into the narrative, that this is the deadliest thing we've ever seen, & you force Trump to make these moves, so they could implement mail in ballots & steal the election. They lean into it. Totally plausible. But, anyway…
Let's keep reading a little bit.
Isolating the date in the trajectory here, it is apparent that whatever happened to change Trump occurred on March 10, 2020, the day after his Tweet saying there should be no shutdowns and one day before Fauci’s testimony.
That something very likely revolves around the most substantial discovery we’ve made in three years of investigations. It was Debbie Lerman who first cracked the code:
And, I haven't read this article yet, but I will…um…
Covid policy was forged not by the public-health bureaucracies but by the national-security sector of the administrative state. She has further explained that this occurred because of two critical features of the response: 1) the belief that this virus came from a lab leak, and 2) the vaccine was the biosecurity countermeasure pushed by the same people as the fix.
Knowing this, we gain greater insight into 1) why Trump changed his mind, 2) why he has never explained this momentous decision and otherwise completely avoids the topic, and 3) why it has been so unbearably difficult to find out any information about these mysterious few days other than the pablum served up in books designed to earn royalties for authors like Birx, Pence, and Kushner.
Based on a number of second-hand reports, all available clues we have assembled, and the context of the times, the following scenario seems most likely. On March 10, and in response to Trump’s dismissive tweet the day before, some trusted sources within and around the National Security Council (Matthew Pottinger and Michael Callahan, for example), and probably involving some from military command…
Right there, guys, Military Command…
and others, came to Trump to let him know a highly classified secret.
Okay? BOOM! Right there -- military command is involved, this is a national security issue.
I want to point out something from one of my articles, & this is back to the timing of this, right…March 10th /12th-ish, is when this meeting likely happened.
When did Trump say he was a wartime President? Let me show you…right here…wartime president from Donald Trump happened on…March 18th.
Very shortly thereafter, he has this meeting, he changes his stance on Covid, six days later he's out there calling himself a "Wartime President".
Trump labels himself 'a wartime president' combating coronavirus
And then, you also have the article…
JUST HUMAN: 1.59.50
Boom. Boom. There's so many booms. Those three paragraphs you read have so many booms in them -- connect to this, connect to that Newsweek article by William Arkin, that also came out on 3/18 -- I'm excited, dude, like, this is…
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.00.00
It's funny, when you, as Kyle pointed out about the author of that article, it's like you can see that they have the correct discernment filter, but, it's not calibrated the right way. It's sorta like they…ah…they're not allowing it, to admit they're missing a defining piece of the puzzle that would help that click into place for them.
JUST HUMAN:2.00.20
I have the Newsweek article, if you want it.
JON: 2.00.29
Yeah, I have it, too, it's just my computer's being really ridiculous. I'm afraid to even like…
Everybody knows the Newsweek article, right? Like, everybody knows the Newsweek article where, um…
JUST HUMAN: 2.00.35
It's the one in the intro to this show…(laughs)
JON: 2.00.40
Devolution to be used as a constitutional method to bypass, you know, normal…it's huge.
JUST HUMAN: 2.00.48
That article already said devolution could be used…(laughs)
JON: 2.00.55
It's fascinating. So, that right there…this paragraph is, it is HUGE. It's proving that the military, & national security concerns, were the reason for Trump's covid response. Everything flipped. He becomes a wartime President, & everything changed.
I honestly don't even think it was necessary to like…it's probably stuff that's happened before this, guys. The Newsweek article, they were talking February.
But, I mean it came out around this time.
It came out on the 18th -- the same day he says he's a wartime President, so, all this is too much for a coincidence.
But, in that article, they were talking about three weeks ago, stand-by orders were issued to prepare the plans for devolution. So, this timeline…it's, it's nuts.
Let's keep going, here...
Imagine a scene from Get Smart with the Cone of Silence, for example. These are the events in the life of statecraft that infuse powerful people with a sense of their personal awesomeness. The fate of all of society rests on their shoulders and the decisions they make at this point. Of course they are sworn to intense secrecy following the great reveal.
The revelation was that the virus was not a textbook virus but something far more threatening and terrible. It came from a research lab in Wuhan. It might in fact be a bioweapon.
Guys, act of war. Think act of war.
This is why Xi had to do extreme things to protect his people. The US should do the same, they said, and there is a fix available too and it is being carefully guarded by the military.
So, again, this is where it gets interesting with Xi, so, Xi saw it as a bioweapon, he knew it was a bioweapon, & his response was to lock everything down & take complete control.
But, like, if it was their bioweapon, they probably would have had stuff ready for this, right? I mean, don't you think if you're going to release a bioweapon on the world, are you gonna want it to kill, like, all your citizens? Or, are you going to use it as an opportunity to lock down, & start taking control of the rogue, bad elements in your regime, too?
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.02.58
That's sorta what, you know, those were some of the more sensationalist conspiracies, but it's, I mean, it's not ridiculous to me.
I mean, you know, I said this I think it was a few weeks ago, I don't remember if it was on "Defected", or "Power Hour", where we were talking about, um, if you had actual, you know, we're often talking about these death statistics that came out of China & all that, & we can get tricked into just like reciting those, but, if you had that kind of death, why would you also need sensational, ridiculous videos of people collapsing in the streets? You know, if there's actually this much death going on, due to this bioweapon, then, you wouldn't need that.
That's why I always found myself in a bit of a no-mans-land, when you've got the contingent, even on our side, you know, supposedly talking about bioweapon, bioweapon, & it's like, if it was a bioweapon, it would have killed a lot of people. And, it didn't! It just flat out didn't. The death rate didn't change. The flu statistics went to zero. It was fake.
JON: 2.04.00
The vaccine is killing more people.
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.04.02
I'm not saying it was all fake, but, a lethal virus, in terms of the lethality that they talk about, complete BS, it was not real.
JON: 2.04.09
Fake narrative.
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.04.10
Yeah, so, you know, then, when you look at it, as you were just talking about it, Jon, what other objectives, in a good way, could have been actioned, using these…um…using this war posture.
JUST HUMAN: 2.04.23
I just want to say, I think it was a bioweapon, & it was far less effective than what they planned for it to be, & the deep state leaked it out of the lab, on purpose. That's where I come in at, but I don't disagree that the narrative & the psyop, went along with the psyacts, to try & make it out as worse than it was, but, it is a real thing, & it is a real bioweapon, in my opinion, & it really did come from that lab, & it was the deep state who made it leak.
China was under attack, just like the rest of the world was under attack.
JON: 2.05.03
I agree with you, because I think that the bioweapon aspect of this needs to be there, I think, in order for Trump to become a wartime President, you know what I mean? If it doesn't actually exist, I don't know if you could get away with, you know, implementing some wartime actions. But, I think if it is a real bioweapon, then I think you can.
Again, we're kinda just spit ballin' here on this, but, nobody really knows the full truth. I think, hopefully, someday we will, but when we get into this a little bit, it does get interesting.
The revelation was that the virus was not a textbook virus but something far more threatening and terrible…
I already read that, sorry…
It seems that the virus had already been mapped in order to make a vaccine to protect the population. Thanks to 20 years of research on mRNA platforms, they told him, this vaccine can be rolled out in months, not years. That means that Trump can lock down and distribute vaccines to save everyone from the China virus, all in time for the election. Doing this would not only assure his reelection but guarantee that he would go down in history as one of the greatest US presidents of all time.
So, here they're saying they already have a vaccine ready for this bioweapon? How is that possible? That means that somebody created this, & had the vaccine ready to go, too. So, whoever created it, I mean, the implication of that is pretty damning. Anyway…
This meeting might only have lasted an hour or two – and might have included a parade of people with the highest-level security clearances – but it was enough to convince Trump. After all, he had battled China for two previous years, imposing tariffs and making all sorts of threats. It was easy to believe at that point that China might have initiated biological warfare as retaliation. That’s why he made the decision to use all the power of the presidency…
Let me repeat that…
…all the power of the presidency to push a lockdown under emergency rule.
To be sure, the Constitution does not allow him to override the discretion of the states but with the weight of the office complete with enough funding and persuasion, he could make it happen. And thus did he make the fateful decision that not only wrecked his presidency but the country too, imposing harms that will last a generation.
It only took a few weeks for Trump to become suspicious about what happened. For weeks and months, he toggled between believing that he was tricked and believing that he did the right thing. He had already approved another 30 days of lockdowns and even inveighed against Georgia and later Florida for opening. He went so far as to claim that no state could open without his approval.
And, there's a Tweet, here, I'm not going to read it, though…
He did not fully change his mind until August, when Scott Atlas revealed the whole con to him.
There is another fascinating feature to this entirely plausible scenario. Even as Trump’s advisors were telling him that this could be a bioweapon leaked from the lab in China, we had Anthony Fauci and his cronies going to great lengths to deny it was a lab leak (even if they believed that it was). This created an interesting situation. The NIH and those surrounding Fauci were publicly insisting that the virus was of zoonotic origin, even as Trump’s circle was telling the president that it should be regarded as a bioweapon.
Fauci belonged to both camps, which suggests that Trump very likely knew of Fauci’s deception all along: the “noble lie” to protect the public from knowing the truth. Trump had to be fine with that.
Okay, guys, he's telling you right there, like, this was…Trump put Fauci forth, even though he knew that Fauci was lying…to everybody. And, Fauci knew he was lying -- I mean -- that's a fascinating couple paragraphs, there, about Trump & his knowledge about what was actually going on. That proves that Fauci was like the enemy…the deep state was the enemy. Fauci is a deep state guy.
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.08.33
We've been asserting this for a long time, that Trump used, Kyle uses the term 'templates', I use the term 'narrative vehicles' -- he put Fauci, & it also gives you confidence into the long game -- Donald Trump injected Fauci as the hero of the pandemic, & then the architect of the pandemic response, because he knew the origins of the pandemic, whatever you want to call what the pandemic was -- he knew his involvement, his criminal involvement, in this…
And, to Kyle, the way I would map on to what you were talking about, of a…that it was a deep state bioweapon, & maybe what was the mechanism by which it wasn't as effective as they thought - that's the part I have trouble with - I have trouble with, 'ah, it just didn't work' as well as they thought it would, you know, they're idiots. I think it's possible it didn't work as well as they thought, but there could have been reasons, interventions of why that was the case. You know, was it sabotaged in some way, was the release, did it not go how they thought it would, interrupted…
But, when you look at Fauci, they already knew he had criminal attachment, & involvement with the development of whatever this was. Whatever came out of that lab.
And, Trump put him front & center, & he's smiling at him, & you could tell that Fauci was uncomfortable with that.
And, it's almost like, over time, he got more comfortable in that spotlight, because they're thinking, 'Well, nothing's been happening to me, so maybe I did get away with it. And, now we're seeing…he's kinda…he resigns, back in December. And, you know that Rand Paul is salivating about getting him back up in front of committees, now that have subpoena power, & all that, so, the boomerang's gonna come back around, & it's gonna be that much more powerful because of the position that Trump put him in.
JON: 2.10.19
On top of that, too, guys, remember, every time Trump tried to take credit, he forced the media to not give it to him…& give it to Fauci. (*LOLOLOL) Like, he made the media double down on ‘this is Fauci's thing’. So, it's brilliant.
Gradually following the lockdown edicts and the takeover by the Department of Homeland Security, in cooperation with a very hostile CDC, Trump lost power and influence over his own government, which is why his later Tweets urging a reopening fell on deaf ears. To top it off, the vaccine failed to arrive in time for the election. This is because Fauci himself delayed the rollout until after the election, claiming that the trials were not racially diverse enough. Thus Trump’s gambit completely failed, despite all the promises of those around him that it was a guaranteed way to win reelection.
To be sure, this scenario cannot be proven because the entire event – certainly the most dramatic political move in at least a generation and one with unspeakable costs for the country – remains cloaked in secrecy. Not even Senator Rand Paul can get the information he needs because it remains classified. If anyone thinks the Biden approval of releasing documents will show what we need, that person is naive.
(Because Biden is not in control, Jon whispers)
Still, the above scenario fits all available facts and it is confirmed by second-hand reports from inside the White House.
It’s enough for a great movie or a play of Shakespearean levels of tragedy. And to this day, none of the main players are speaking openly about it.
JON: 2.11.45
I mean…c'mon, guys…
JUST HUMAN: 2.11.46
(chuckles heh heh heh) I love this article so much, not because I agree with all the conclusions, & the narrative they're putting forth about Trump & everything. But, because these are people that are not devolution minded, they're not…they haven't been looking & following the same ideas & theories that we have for the past couple years. But yet, they are seeing the same thing that we see. And, they're analyzing from their perspective, & they're trying to map it on to their understanding, & we're over here with our map, of our understanding of things, & we're like, wow, we're seeing the same thing from different angles, & it just speaks to what Trump did, as he became a wartime president, & implemented Continuity of Government plans to get us through, not just Covid, but, to get us through the time period that we're in now, & continue to be in.
And, it brings us to the news today, that the Senate passed a bill to remove, or to end, the Covid pandemic emergency, & Biden is saying he wants to sign it, & the democrats in the House & the Senate are pissed at Biden, because they don't want him to sign it. Every democrat voted against it in the House, I believe, & almost every democrat in the Senate. It was supposed to be dead on arrival in the Senate. But, it passed.
JON: 2.13.06
I think ten voted for it.
JUST HUMAN: 2.13.12
Yeah, so, Biden's gonna end the Covid-19 Emergency, apparently. And, is it gonna happen on April 1st? ChromeTiger on TruthSocial tagged me tonight & said, 'Dude, is this why Trump's been teasing April 1st? Is that, the Covid-19 Emergency stuff gonna end on April 1st? That's when Biden's gonna sign it? '
BURNING BRIGHT: 2.13.32
The greatest April Fool's joke ever pulled, for like, the last three years.
JUST HUMAN: 2.13.37
Yeah. I love this article, like, I linked the Newsweek article in the Rumble chat, if you guys read that, & read this Brownstone article. It's just fascinating how they overlap, & ah, yeah…I've been saving this article for tonight. I found it, I saw Tucker share it, Jeffrey Tucker, the author. I saw him share it on Twitter, & I looked at it, & I was like, 'holy shit', this is like a devo proof right here. I'm saving this for Devo Power Hour.
JON: 2.14.05
I just posted those in the chat, we'll post 'em online, too.
But, um,
JUST HUMAN: 2.14.10
Lot of fun to read.
JON: 2.14.12
Absolutely.
So, like, guys, um, this is…alright, gosh, we're almost at two & a half hours, this has been a good one, fun one. Um, & we have a ton of more Rumble Rants to cruise through, so I'm gonna read through them as quick as I can.
And, thank you, everybody. Your support here has been fantastic. I think we have gotten, like, almost a hundred monthly supporters just in this show, so…
